At Urban Thoughts, customer satisfaction is important to us. Because our products are custom-made and printed on demand, certain restrictions apply to returns and refunds.

Made-to-Order Products

All products are made specifically after an order is placed through our print-on-demand fulfillment partners.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Buyer's remorse
• Incorrect size selected
• Incorrect color selected
• Ordering the wrong item

Please review all product details and sizing information before purchasing.

Eligible Refunds & Replacements

We will provide replacements or refunds for:

• Damaged products
• Manufacturing defects
• Significantly misprinted items
• Incorrect item received

Return Window

Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
